Does anyone know if there is a fire academy in Washington State that doesn't require you to be linked with a state/federal agency?

I'm looking to obtain a FF1 certification and then apply for jobs in Alaska, Washingtin, Oregon, and Northern California. Do these states accept each others FF1 certs through reciprocity?

California does not have reciprocity.

There was talk late last year about a California-Nevada reciprocity agreement but no word since then.
