EMT REFRESHER

I am wondering if there is any EMT-B refresher courses I can take near Torrance, CA. I took my EMT when I was in high school and was not 18 yet. I took my National when I turned 18 and realized I had forgotten a lot. If anyone has any info please send it my way. Thank you!
