or I was hoping someone could help me out here. I am applying to departments for the first time. I am starting my EMT classes in a couple of weeks so I am getting that out of the way. Starting off is there anything that should take precidence over other things as far as training or schooling? I dont have much experience, I did 4 years in the Marine Corps and have been managing a mortgage banking team since I got out (for about a year now). Any heads up would be greatly appreciated.
