Students who enroll in the June 27 Paramedic Prep Course 
through CRFA will still be eligible to apply for the Paramedic 
Academy 13-2 course.

The college level Anatomy & Physiology Course will not be a 
required pre-requisite for the program. Anatomy & Physiology 
will be incorporated into the Paramedic Academy
curriculum. A&P is still a desired Prep Course, but will not be
required to apply for this Paramedic Academy.

Application Deadline:
All applications must be received by the Business Office
by 5:00pm on Friday, June 28, 2013.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee due at time of 
submittal. Late application submissions will not be considered 
for this academy process.

All applications will be reviewed after the deadline of
June 28, 2013.

All applicants will be notified via EMAIL on their standing in 
the Academy within one weekafter the application deadline.

Mandatory Acceptance Orientation: Thursday, August 2, 2013 at 
5:00pm ~Pending Acceptance into CRFA~
Mandatory CRFA Orientation: Friday, September 6, 2013 at 5:00pm
