Requirements:

Current Paramedic Licensure or National Register EMT-P ; ACLS, PALS or PEPP, and Healthcare Providers BLS
• Current Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPAT card (Candidate Physical Ability Test)
• High School Diploma, GED or transcript providing graduation
• DD form 214(Military Service Record) if applicable
• Indiana Firefighter I/II Certification PREFERRED
• Shall not have any Felony Convictions
