Requirements:

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Possession of a MO EMT-Basic License or current National Registry EMT-Basic or
Possession of a MO Paramedic License or current National Registry Paramedic is preferred*
Firefighter Certifications
Hazardous Materials Operations Certifications
Candidate Physical Abilities Test (CPAT) within the last 12 months (preferred)
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Post offer background Investigation
Post offer medical examination and drug test (candidates that do not have a current CPAT will also be required to participate in a physical examination)

*Applicants that are currently in Paramedic School must be licensed as a Missouri EMT-Paramedic by completion of their introductory period to continue employment.
