Requirements:

Must be currently certified as both a Basic Firefighter through the Texas Commission on Fire Protection, and as EMT-Paramedic through the Texas Department of State Health Services.

In addition, applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have attained their High School Diploma or GED
• Must have valid Texas Class B Exempt Driver’s License
