I was at work today and went to my favorite little restaurant for a chicken salad. Since it was lunch time the parking lot was packed. There were no open parking spots.
As I scanned the parking lot, I was disturbed to see a private ambulance parked perpendicular in THREE spots. I walked into the restaurant and found the crew and told them how badly it looked, not too mention it impacts our local business.
The irony of the situation is that they are not even a 911 provider (not that it would be ok if they were).
Please use your head and remember that the average person does not know the difference between a private ambulance and the fire department. We work really hard on our image. Do not allow anyone (fire department rig or not) to screw it up.
